Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA)

Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, previously known as Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority (DTMFZA). DCCA is the main regulatory and administrative body for a number of well-known free zone parks in Dubai. In addition to managing the application procedures and issuing licenses for all new businesses, it also enforces and passes laws within its jurisdiction.

DCCA regulates licensing, visa and zoning rules for free zones such as:

1. Dubai Internet City

2. Dubai Outsource Zone (now Dubai Outsource City)

3. Dubai Media City

4. Dubai Studio City

5. International Media Production Zone (now Dubai Production City)

6. Dubai Knowledge Village (now Dubai Knowledge Park)

7. Dubai International Academic City

8. Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (now Dubai Science Park)

9. Energy and Environment Park (now Dubai Science Park)
