The beauty of Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi - Nimet

Abu Dhabi is the capital and one of the seven Emirates comprising the United Arab Emirates (the “UAE”), it is also the second most populous city of the UAE (1st is Dubai).

Abu Dhabi is the federal capital of the UAE and is the site of a number of federal ministries, the UAE Central Bank and other government institutions and agencies.

The oil and gas industry remains fundamental to the UAE economy, and particularly that of Abu Dhabi, which has the majority of the UAE’s oil and gas reserves. The UAE’s large hydrocarbon wealth gives it one of the highest GDP per capita in the world and Abu Dhabi owns the majority of these resources – 95% of the oil and 92% of gas. Abu Dhabi thus holds 9% of the world’s proven oil reserves (98.2bn barrels) and almost 5% of the world’s natural gas.

Abu Dhabi's government is also looking to expand revenue from oil and gas production to tourism and other sorts of things which would attract different types of people.

The following list are the best spots in Abu Dhabi:

2. Observation Deck

3. Emirates Park Zoo

4. Emirates Palace
